An early start through Child-centred play-based active learning

The early years of a child’s life is filled with creativity, wonder and countless precious moments as they begin to recognise and explore themselves and the beautiful world around them. It is a time of immense adventure, new learning experiences, lots of fun, and joy. We believe that fun, play and creativity are the most effective ways to learn at the earliest stage of a child’s life. As this fundamental time’ is where they start their journey of discovery, we also begin by enriching them with child-centred, play-based active learning. Through this unique method, we aim to nurture and inspire every child to expand their mental ability, develop their physical strength and build their own exceptional character for life. Our School History

Mastery International School (MIS), Saudi Arabia, has been created as an extension of our learners’ homes, where they feel loved, inspired and confident as they take their precious first steps into the World of Education.
Since our launch in 2016, MIS has had vast hands-on experience with children, using unique and bespoke methods of learning, which help to form the foundation for the introduction of the Early Years pedagogy, catering to the needs of a cosmopolitan diaspora.
It is because of this; we firmly believe MIS is developing into a unique educational institution, making its name amongst the most prominent schools of Riyadh.
With our passion and legacy for nurturing students with excellence, our MIS buildings have been designed with beautiful play areas, child-friendly equipment, and brightly coloured learning aids to capture our students’ imagination and develop their life-long love of learning.

Our History of Commitment to Young Students

The American Curriculum being taught at MIS is complimented with Kindergarten and Elementary methodologies that focus on children’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development. Children are provided with age appropriate toys, books, learning materials, digital learning and visual cues that lead towards language learning, numeracy and understanding of the world. Highly qualified teachers and care-givers work together with parents to give children a memorable early childhood experience which enables them to enter formal schooling as confident, curious, and independent learners. Through this collaborative approach, our parents feel welcomed, respected, and valued, encouraging them to positively and actively partake in their child’s unique learning experience.

As the child advance to the primary levels, we go deeper active learning, in which students solve problems, answer questions, formulate questions of their own, discuss, explain, debate, or brainstorm during class.
